We at SCSOA welcome all those with a passion for the game! Umpires are needed ALL OVER the island; without them, the girls can't play the game they love.

Officials are able to create schedules that fit THEIR lives...you may blackout dates or work everyday! Cancellations/reschedules/openings are communicated quickly by Section XI.

Officials are able to (within reason) centralize their geographic radius...in other words, if you live/work in East Hampton, you will be assigned games East of the canal as much as possible.

Officials are consistently supported by our amazing board and all of our colleagues. Classes and training materials are ALWAYS available. Real time rule updates are ALWAYS shared. Your umpire community is vast and has an even wider array of knowledge. Coaches are also required to learn the rules before the season..and are held to the same standards that our Officials are held to...the board has your back!
